Mrs. Carolyn J. Davis, our Executive Director, serves on the board of directors. She has over 40+ years of experience working with the religious community, health programs, the community at large, academia, businesses, the state, and others to efficiently and effectively develop and launch programs and activities to meet the holistic needs of diverse populations. Her years of experience also include preparing and submitting grant proposals and managing and implementing funded programs/initiatives.

Our Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Keith Davis, serves on the board of directors. He brings to the board over 40 years of legal expertise. He was instrumental in helping to structure our bylaws, rules, articles of incorporation, and organizational protocol. His 20-plus years of financial experience serving on a board where he oversaw millions of dollars and at least 500 staff and his 17 years as the Chief Financial Officer at a local church congregation are invaluable to our organization.

Dr. Maurice Davis, our Director of Fundraising, serves on the board of directors. He is a physician and published author in anesthesiology. Dr. Davis wrote research grants at Princeton and has presented at various medical conferences. He assisted his church in preparing grants for women’s health, domestic violence, education, and urban development.

Attorney Perry L. Miller, our Director of Volunteers, serves on our board of directors. Attorney Miller is a knowledgeable attorney and prosecutor with multifaceted legal experience in the public and private sectors. She is highly skilled at researching, analyzing complex legal issues, and administering case law. As a former Administrative Law Judge, she presided over employment hearings and issued recommended decisions.
